My way is your way!

Each of us has a unique biochemistry and there is no one perfect diet or lifestyle for all.  With my 35+ years of study in the ever-evolving science of nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, energy and overall wellness, I've seen diet trends, exercise fads and approaches to health come and go.

Our healthcare system is more like a sick care system and it doesn’t always provide the answers to why we aren’t feeling our best. Quick doctor visits often include prescriptions but no counsel on how our habits may be affecting us. We are often out of touch with basic human needs for time in nature, meaningful relationships, real food, quality sleep and downtime, time to laugh and enjoy our turn on the planet. We have always had 640 muscles and we are meant to move them. We are not nocturnal and feel our best when following the natural circadian rhythms of sunrise and sunset. Our mindset is one of the most important aspects to our well-being.

We are in the middle of a health crisis and our bodies are telling us to pay attention .... This is my role with you. I am here to show you where small changes in the things you do every day can add up to big changes in how you look, how you feel and how you age. By exploring your unique lifestyle and appetite and goals, we develop a plan that is specific for you.

I have a Master of Science degree in Human Performance and am certified as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner through FDN, a Personal Trainer through National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) and as a health coach through The Institute For Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
