What is it like to work with me?

I am a health coach, not a doctor. My coaching style is to educate, support and inspire you in taking small, manageable steps that are specifically designed for your unique health status and based on your personal goals. I have learned that making a big change, like a crash diet rarely serves people in the long run. Working with me is about transformation that will serve you longterm over your lifetime. This process may involve making changes that will feel uncomfortable, but my recommendations are always optional and ultimately you will make the decisions on what you think is best for you. If you decide to commit yourself to your goals and incorporate the upgrades that we decide are best for you, you WILL see results. I will take you down the path at a pace that is right for you in an effort to minimize physical, emotional and financial stress. You didn’t get to the state you are in overnight and turning it around won’t happen overnight either. I will not suggest a bunch of unnecessary testing or supplements, but rather will use the tools like food, movement, sleep, circadian optimization, inflammation reduction and mindset. This is a process where we are partners and where you will learn to live with more energy, more joy and more zest in all the areas of your life.
